Exchange and Return

What is your return policy?

We accept only unused products and in their original packaging. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 30-days of receipt.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To initiate a return/exchange, please mail us at care@domventas.com with the following details:
 i) Write an email in detail about the reason behind the return/exchange. 

ii) Mention your order ID in subject. 

Iii) Attach photo of damaged product. You will need to send mail with same the email address used for the purchase. 

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes, certain items such as personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we have the right to accept or reject your return/exchange request.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Confirmation mail for Return/exchange request will be sent in 48 Hours. 

- Pickup will be done within 10 business days. 

-Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your return or exchange. 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Will I be charged for return shipping?

No, in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
